Your personal settings
Update your own profile - your name and profile picture - separate from workspace settings.
What it is
Your personal settings are the things that belong to you (not the shared workspace) - your name and profile picture. They live at the top of the Settings page, in the Profile section.
What you can change
- Profile picture - upload or change your photo ("Profile picture updated successfully").
- Your name - the name shown to teammates on comments, messages, and feedback.
Your email is shown but tied to your account (not edited here).
Notes & limits
- These are personal to you and the same across every workspace you belong to.
- Workspace-wide things (workspace name, logo, members, plan) are separate - see Workspace settings.
What the AI assistant can do
The in-app "Ask AI" assistant looks up your candidates, forms, and metrics, screens candidates with AI review, drafts emails, builds forms, moves candidates through stages, and runs the custom skills you save - with examples of what to ask.
